About Us:

Brian Faucher, Owner

Brian managed Everett Mall City Floral from 1995 to 1999 when he turned over the reigns to Suzanne and went to work as a support engineer at Microsoft providing developer support for ASP, VBA, and IIS (Internet technologies.) Brian has worked as a software engineer at Spacelabs Medical and as a software test engineer at Microsoft. Brian is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Microsoft .NET development.

Suzanne Collins-Faucher, Owner

Suzanne is a graduate of Seattle's Floral Design Institute and has over 15 years of experience as a floral designer. Suzanne co-managed Everett Mall City Floral From 1995 to 1999, and served as the General Manager from 1999 until the company's sale in 2002. In addition to her floral experience, Suzanne also has over 20 years of sales and customer service experience.

Brooke Smith, Graphic Designer

Brooke is a graduate of Western Washington University and has a degree in graphic design. Brooke also has over 5 years of experience as a floral designer.

About Floristboard:

Floristboard was started in May 2000 when Gary Reed of Floral Accounting Systems (FAS) asked Brian Faucher to produce eCommerce websites that integrated with the point-of-sale systems sold and serviced by FAS. In addition to the FAS-integrated websites, Floristboard also offers eCommerce websites that deliver the orders to flower shops via email and fax machine. Floristboard is located in Edmonds, Washington, with it servers housed at a datacenter which is located on the Internet backbone in Spokane, Washington.
